Once your clear if NDIS is the right investing pathway for you we then send you on to our finance team. Once you have your borrowing capacity and your clear on your financial options it will allow us to commence your NDIS educational program and ensure we can select the best NDIS property solution for you while being mindful about your budget.

Our SDA provider lead house and land packages for Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania will require a deposit of $6,600 on signing of the expression of interest, these funds are paid towards ensuring your  NDIS property plans are compliant, this money is not refundable if you choose not to proceed.

On your first call, we will ask you alot of questions, it will enable us to create a picture of the best asset to fit your personal needs, if you don’t have solid understanding of NDIS or already have a strong investment portfolio NDIS might not be the best fit for you

Financial Review

After your first call to better understand your situation you will then be referred to financial review, at that stage all of your financials will be gathered to better understand your ability to borrow.

At no time during the review stage will your financial information be used to get you a loan, our mortgage brokers are merely going to look at you capacity so we can work together to achieve your goal of purchasing your first property.

Being able to show all your sources of income is vital to reviewing your situation. Whether it’s long term stable income or fluctuating income as your work opportunities change, it’s important to have the documents below:

  • Pay slips/invoices for at least three months
  • Tax returns that are for the period within the last 18 months.

Proof of Current Debts

Lenders take pre-existing debt into consideration when reviewing the type of home loan that best suits you. Credit cards, store cards, car loans and other loans all contribute towards your current situation.

Proof of Assets

Make sure you have created a list of any assets you own. Cars, contents & shares are all considered assets.

Appointment

Once your review is completed we will arrange a time to Zoom meet you at that stage we can start the process of selecting the right property.
