Meet Elizabeth Jackson
Elizabeth's property career started by sourcing prime off “market” property opportunities for private and corporate investors in central London. Elizabeth moved from London to Australia to be closer to her family in New Zealand and took on the exciting role of Operations Manager for a New Zealand Real Estate Group expanding its large operation into the Australian property market. Elizabeth's sister moved to Melbourne from NZ and hence the change in location but not a career.
Elizabeth set up her own firm over 10+ years ago and as a result of working in a number of large Government purchasing programs has a sound knowledge of property markets extending as far as QLD and into WA. Elizabeth is valued and acknowledged by her peers and clients for her integrity, diligence, and ensuring her clients feel valued respected and well informed.
Elizabeth’s favorite saying is
``SURPRISES ARE FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES NOT PROPERTY PURCHASERS``
Elizabeth’s property investment knowledge is now benefiting First time home buyers as she understands the perplexities of purchasing a new home, from land selection, area profile, schools, and Government spending programs, property Precinct Structure Plans, and other off-market anomalies that can affect an areas trajectory.
Elizabeth has a team of independent experts to from builders, developers, lawyers, and clever money professionals to assist you through the process. Elizabeth is a regular guest on various different property shows and hosts her own radio show on joy 94.9 Got Money. Her shows aim is to “dismantle the jargon of money” and this keeps Elizabeth extremely well informed and on the front foot of Money, Law changes and Property Markets.
