We recently moved into our new house after a 3 year journey and its all thanks to this AMAZING Woman. Because of Elizabeth these Maori kiwi's are home owners...HOMEOWNERS! Something we know would not have been possible without her. As first home buyers (beginners) we were very hesitant to start the process because we had no idea about it and we were diving into the unknown. Thanks to a random browse on facebook my wife came across "E" and made contact and with that one phone call all our questions were answered honestly, She wasnt pushy and our minds were easily put to rest. She is extremely professional and so very friendly we spoke like we'd known each other for years. She was so patient throughout the entire process and explained all of the concepts very transparently and never delayed in responding to us which is something every first home buyer needs. We had a really good building experience despite building during a very unsure time (covid). When issues arose, any questions or concerns we had was dealt with speedily and left us with full confidence in Elizabeth. We are extremely happy with the finished product and if asked "would we do it again in future"? Our answer would definitely be YES. I got Liz’s contact info through NZrelo.com and initially was a bit hesitant as we’ve been through this process before with another group & it really put me off. I learnt that the people who were meant to be helping us, actually werent & it left a sour taste with me for another 6 yrs. I was still a bit hesitant when meeting Liz, (just because of our previous experience), but my husband wasnt. He felt even more at ease after meeting with Liz and was doing numbers on the drive home.
